Using this website
You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its security, functionality or other users. Product information may be corrected or updated without notice.
Quotations, orders and payment
An enquiry or cart submission is not acceptance. An order is accepted when we issue written confirmation and receive the required payment. We may decline or cancel before acceptance for pricing errors, unavailable materials, shipping restrictions or suspected fraud, and refund amounts received where appropriate.
Hand-painted variation
Brushwork, texture, colour transitions and small details naturally vary in handmade work. Images are representative, and screen settings and room lighting alter perceived colour. Normal artistic variation is not a defect.
Custom specifications and approval
You are responsible for confirming measurements, orientation, palette, frame, delivery address and written specifications. Changes after production begins may affect price and schedule. Approval of completion images authorizes preparation for shipment, subject to corrections agreed before dispatch.
Customer-provided content
You confirm that you have the right to provide photographs, references, logos or other material and authorize their use for your order. You must not request content that infringes rights or law.
Intellectual property
The website, brand, original text, design and imagery belong to IWISHART or its licensors. Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless agreed in writing.
Liability and unavoidable events
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, government action, supply disruption or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing terms and changes
These terms and the order confirmation form the agreement; specific written order terms control if they conflict. They are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to mandatory consumer law in your location. We may update these terms prospectively.
