Written brief and quotation
Before production, we document agreed dimensions, orientation, colour direction, texture, subject, finish, framing, quantity, destination, price and estimated schedule. Customer-supplied measurements should be checked against the installation space.
References and interpretation
Reference images communicate direction but do not guarantee an exact duplicate. Unless separately licensed, we will not knowingly reproduce another artist’s protected work. Custom painting involves creative interpretation and handmade variation.
Production changes
Changes after work begins may require a revised price and schedule. Revision scope is the scope stated in the quotation. Material changes outside the approved brief require written agreement.
Completion approval
Where included, we provide photographs or video at the approval stage. Review composition, palette, orientation and agreed requirements promptly. Photography, screens and lighting can cause colour differences.
Cancellation and returns
After production begins, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind. A material difference from the written specification is assessed under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Installation and site conditions
Unless the quotation includes installation, the customer is responsible for suitable wall construction, fixings, professional installation and safe handling. Oversized art may need specialist access or local installers.
